    A3: To do the webex and online meeting, a thorough study of the topic is better to make the discussion goal oriented. Internet access and comfortable place play vital role in making it successful.

    A4: Key steps in setting up a Google Meet are controlling the microphone, mute it through my presentation, then open for discussion. Being able to share my screen to present not only face to face conversation.
    As shown in the video, there is meet icon, in the latest version of Google account DUO icon serves the same purpose.

    A5: We can use Screencast-O-Matic while presenting the slides. The only obstacle while editing the middle portion of the video.

    Make sure you are in a comfortable space and free of external noise, it is important to have you microphone and camera set up before the meeting, remember to invite people to the meeting.

    A5: What is something that you may be able to demonstrate to the class using Screencast-O-Matic?
    you can use it to make a presentation by recording your screen and audio as you move through the slides (like a video).
    Basically, anything that you use a computer to demonstrate what you are doing/presenting/teaching.

    *Check your internet connection before the meeting, you don't want to lose connection midway the presentation.
    *For presentations, you need to create interactive slides to keep the audience engaged.

    A4: Make sure all participants have the correct google meet details(scheduled time and link).

    A5: The Screencast-O-Matic can be used to pre-record a video of the slide presentation.

    A3: Make sure you have correct information to join the meeting, ensure you have camera and microphone working ie. test befors joining, make sure you are properly dressed, also ensure that your computer if laptop is charged or plugged in
    A4: Ensure outside distractions and external noise is at a minimum if not none, another key step would be to make the appt time to meet and not cancel/change without ensuring everyone knows
    A5: Something you can show is recording your screen to show someone a sort of "pre-recorded presentation" to detail to the class what is on the slides, key points to touch on, as well as pre-recording voice in whatever area you deem necessary

    Have a clear purpose of your presentation
    Be able to identify your audience
    Have a solid schedule for the meeting
    Be well-prepared for any questions inquiries
    Show slides, and short videos to keep the audience interested.
    A4: It would be to have a google account to get started and also be punctual.
    A5: Screencast-O-Matic can be used for many purposes. However, I would use it to introduce UltraMobile.com to my colleagues to see if they'd be interested in saving money on their cell phone bills.

    A3: Need internet connection, laptop/chromebook. Log in 5 minutes before the class starts, avoid noise, distractions and mute yourself when it is not your turn to talk. Listen attentively and ask questions when you don’t understand.

    A5: Is the tool that can be used for tutoring, demonstrate videos also it is considered as a fast screen recording. You can present your slides on this tool.

    A3: I found it helpful to download the application and just click the link sent to us via email a few minutes before class starts.
    A4: It is accessible everywhere from your devices just go on your browser and type in meet.google.com than click enter. It is an incredible tool to place people together and enabling the share of their ideas.
    A5: Screen-o-matic, through this platform you can make videos online up to 15 minutes cost free which is helpful.
